• I just received my “Wildflowers” book. OMG! This is, by light years, the best book ever on California wild flowers. The photos are nothing short of breath taking. The content is informative and extensive. I love to simply open the book to any page and take in the beauty and serenity. I am extremely grateful for your beautiful (and I’m sure arduous) work. • This, like the first edition but even better, is absolutely the best resource available anywhere for identifying, and then appreciating, wildflowers of California's North Coast ranges. The photos are gorgeous all by themselves, but more than that they match up with what you see in the field. The addition of illustrations of the leaves of the flowers just makes identification quick and confident. The photos are accompanied by useful text about the history and usages of many of the specimens, and where appropriate (and interesting!) the derivation of the plant's name. All in all, an indispensable book. Not to be missed! - LGL
• Must have just for the spectacular images - inspiring!!! There are books covering wildflowers and then there is this book. The paper and binding is superb. The images are wonderful and inspiring. It just makes you want to get up and hike. - Honest-Abe
